History Behind the Scenes travels far and wide to set the stage for museums and cultural institutions to discover and enhance their unique histories. We have organized archives of American music legends and the World War II letters of a private family, delved into the early history of a New York merchant family, traveled the Irish countryside researching rural villages, created a master plan for an emerging living history village, developed public program plans for a rural historic district in New Jersey and offered advice on developing living history sites in the mountains of Virginia and on a Caribbean island.
